Garnour Education is developing a tailored approach to professional hair education in the UAE, bringing together technical hairdressing, team development and practical industry knowledge. Our focus is learning that builds confidence, strengthens understanding and connects directly to everyday salon work.
Our approach
Founded by Ryan Garner and Safaa El-Nour, Garnour draws on their combined experience in hairdressing, education, mentoring and creative direction.
Their shared Sassoon background informs an approach grounded in strong foundations, precision, discipline and creativity. Just as importantly, they recognize that education needs to be relevant to the people receiving it.
We begin with a conversation about your team, your priorities and where support could make a meaningful difference. From there, we explore an appropriate format and scope, based on what we can confidently deliver.

Cutting foundations, precision, shape and structure, styling and finishing, and technical or creative development. Practical learning with a clear connection to work behind the chair.
Salon team development
Technical consistency, client consultation, communication and service standards. Support for teams at different stages of their careers, including junior stylists developing within the salon.
Supporting owners and managers
Conversations around staff development, building an education culture and identifying team training priorities. Any proposed support would be carefully scoped around your needs and our experience.
Professional tools and product knowledge
Understanding the purpose, selection and use of professional combs, brushes and scissors, alongside tool care and practical demonstrations. Education that explains functionality and technique, rather than simply promoting products.
